PMP Exam Questions

The globally recognized PMP certification allows you to enjoy the full benefits of your PMP career. If you have not yet passed the competency exam, it is about time to take this route seriously and prepare sufficiently for the PMP exam. One of the most effective ways to be fully prepared is the proper use of the sample PMP exam questions.

The PMP examination is designed to weed out the candidates. It will test what they have learned from the PMP training, gauge their knowledge levels, application and analysis. You can take advantage of many samples and PMP exam resources. You can even get PMP questions for free.


Also, you have to be aware that the actual PMP exam questions will include the following:

Knowledge application questions. A lot of the PMP questions are aimed at various PMP applications and not just knowledge areas mentioned in the PMBOK guide.

PMP application questions to real situations. There will be questions that will put you in a certain situation. For instance, if you are a project manager working for a certain corporation, what is the first thing you need to do if you are in this following situation, et cetera.

25 pre-release PMP exam questions. They will usually appear in the actual exam but some old questions are dropped.

Learn the full names. Most of the acronyms will be spelled out in the test. So it would be best to learn what each acronym stands for and memorized them.

Framework, Integration, Procurement, Time, and Risk. These are the toughest knowledge areas you need to focus on more.

Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, Professional and Social Responsibility. These are the hardest part in the PMP process groups to pay more attention to.
